Morgan Jones – The Early Years

Morgan Jones was started in 2000 by Julie-Ann Clarke. Julie-Ann had worked for many years previously in Recruitment and decided to ‘go it alone’ setting up in a very small premises in Broadstairs. The original plan was to only focus on Permanent Recruitment but her first client required a temporary HR Manager (which of course she successfully filled!).
