Morgan Jones pays on a weekly basis, every Friday directly to your bank account.

Your timesheet must be with us by midday on Monday in order for us to pay you on Friday. We highly recommend sending us the timesheet as soon as you have finished work for that week.

Within the first 12 weeks of taking a position, you are entitled to statutory 28 days holiday pay per annum (on a pro rata basis). After this, AWR regulations apply.

Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) are designed to protect the rights of agency (temporary) workers. All parties involved in the recruitment industry are legally obliged to ensure they are compliant with these regulations. This includes agencies, payroll providers, candidates and hirers.

AWR provides a set of best practices that ensure that that agency workers receive the same entitlements as fellow workers who have full employment status.

Please download the document below for more information. We are happy to discuss these with you, please contact us on 0808 168 1474.
